I'm Matt Kandik.
Welcome to My Autistic World

Diagnosed at 42, I spent decades living life in survival mode without a map that matched my mind. Now, I'm using that experience to help others reclaim their energy, rediscover who they are, and redesign daily life to actually fit their neurotype.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or supporting someone autistic, you're not alone and it's not too late. This space was built for you.

Through honest podcast storytelling, trauma-informed coaching, and community support, I offer real world strategies and validation for autistic adults navigating burnout, identity shifts, accommodations, and self-advocacy.

This is about more than awareness. It's about empowerment, belonging, and living life on your own terms. You don't have to figure this out alone.
